I'm the technical liaison between Fujitsu and client teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and continuity across application and infrastructure domains. This includes consulting, technical communications, and maintaining up-to-date designs and documentation. Acted as front-man for technical teams and client stakeholders. Provided strategic guidance and support for ongoing and evolving technical systems. Maintained clarity between architectural vision and day-to-day maintenance activities.

Lead Managed Hosting / Cloud Transition

As Digitas began shifting toward more modern hosting and cloud-based solutions, I stepped into a lead role to guide that transition. Led the Managed Hosting team, focusing on quality, consistency, and operational maturity. Acted as a technical liaison between Digitas and Microsoft during early Azure integration efforts. Helped define best practices for cloud usage, monitoring, and platform reliability. Mentored team members and raised the overall technical confidence of the hosting team. This period laid much of the groundwork for Digitas' later cloud and platform strategies.

Senior Systems & Infrastructure Engineer

Over thirteen years at Digitas, I grew from hands-on systems engineer into a senior technical lead responsible for infrastructure, hosting platforms, and early cloud adoption.

It was an environment where reliability mattered, experimentation was encouraged, and learning never stopped.

I worked across the full lifecycle of systems — from day-to-day operations to long-term platform improvements — supporting both internal teams and client-facing environments.

Key focus areas & impact: Designed, maintained, and optimized VMware-based hosting and infrastructure environments. Played a key role in modernizing legacy systems, improving stability, monitoring, and operational transparency. Introduced and improved monitoring and alerting solutions, reducing blind spots and improving response times. Supported development teams with reliable, scalable hosting platforms for client projects. Took an active role in exploring and introducing cloud technologies, including early Azure adoption.

Internal System Engineer

Began my career installing and maintaining everything from workstations to network infrastructure. Configured wired and Wi-Fi networking, voice systems, and endpoints. Created automated CRM deployment solutions. Led directory and mail migrations for merged offices.
