- Responsible of the technical team, being a front-man for the daily maintenance team.
- Bridge between client and technical teams. Trying to make sure both parties are on the same page.

- Maintained the VMWare environment, making sure everything was up-2-date.
- Maintained the Microsoft Azure environment. Setting up new ways of webhosting.

2014 till 2015
- Responsible for startup project of moving to Microsoft Azure. As one of the first web focused hosting companies in the Netherlands we've faced multiple interesting and challenging obstacles, which working together with Microsoft turned out to be a success.
- Improved overall quality of monitoring tools and the hosting VMWare environment.
- Improved overall quality of employee satisfaction and purpose of defined roles. The goal was to make people feel at home within the department, this improved their work quality as well.
- Created a solid and stable vendor relationship for hosting and office related hardware equiment and software licences.

- Installed and setup the VMWare environment to replace existing physical servers.
- Maintained the VMWare environment, making sure everything was up-2-date.
Junior Application Engineer, (LBi LOSTBOYS)
2007 till 2009
- Responsible for the site availability of postbank.nl the former bank of ING Bank.
- Maintained and installed new servers for the Postbank environment.
- Improved the environment for Postbank on levels of databases, web servers, application servers.
- Improved site deployment processes which reduced their deployment process from 6 to 1 hour.
Senior Sys Admin, (LBi LOSTBOYS)
2006 till 2007
- Installed and maintained the office server park, making sure that the AD, DNS, WINS, Exchange, file servers and more where always available and up-2-date.
- Worked together with international sister companies to achieve a Europe-wide Active Directory, Exchange 2010 and Lync environment.
- As IT teamlead (role) for the Netherlands based office, I was responsible of the workload between co-workers whom where installing and maintaining all IT equipment, workstations, laptops, wired and wireless network components, etc.
- Created and executed migration plans to incorporate local offices into the Europe-wide environment.
- Moved and installed all data center equipment to a new location, both office and hosting environment.

- Setting up an Active Directory environment to replace their NT Workgroup for upcoming company fusions.
- Migrated user base from NT Workgroup to Active Directory, and migrated all users from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003.
- Installed and maintained all IT equipment of the company, such as Workstations, Laptops, Wired and Wireless network components, etc.
Internal System Engineer, (Easynet)
2002 till 2005
- Installed and maintained hardware and software components on computer stations and IT equipment.
- Configured and tuned network and voice solutions. Both wired as for Wi-Fi succesfully.
- Created an automated solution for their CRM software which auto deployed new versions onto desired workstations.
- Migrated userbase from Active Directory and Exchange for fused offices.
